ITT Technical Institute Leases 20,000 Square Feet
Tradd Commercial represented both ITT Technical Institute and the landlord in the lease of 20,000 square feet at the Galleria Shopping Center, Myrtle Beach, SC. The Asset Management division of Tradd handled the $1 million upfit project. Tradd Commercial also leased 30,000 square feet the previous year to Miller-Mott Technical College on Hwy 501, Conway, SC.
